Henry Lodge was born about 1860 in London, England. He married Florence Jones, who was also from London, though their children were all born in the United States. In 1909, he was rector of the Church of the Redeemer in Chicago. He came to the Diocese of Northern Indiana in 1911 as vicar of St. Andrew's Church in Kokomo and remained through 1912. In 1913, he transferred to the Missionary District of Salina, Kansas, but he has not been located on the 1920 census. His date and place of death are unknown.
