Duncan Weeks was born on 10 August 1881 in Louisville, Georgia, the son of Isaiah Carter and Emma (Arrington) Weeks. He was enumerated in 1910 in Faribault, Minnesota, where he attended seminary. He moved to Indiana in 1917 to rector of St. James in Goshen. Bishop White also gave him oversight of the missions of Emmanuel Garrett and St. Elizabeth in Auburn. He left Goshen in 1924 and moved to Zanesville, Ohio, to become rector of St. James Church. He retired from there in 1951. He died in Clay County, Florida on 27 September 1966.
