Rev. Dr. James N. Hume

The Rev. Dr. James N. Hume was born in England about 1827. Little is known about his background, but he was both a physician and clergyman. He served as rector of St. Thomas Church, Plymouth, from 1874 to 1875. He then moved to Centre County, Pennsylvania, to take charge of a church in Phillipsburg District. He remained there until 1877, and by 1878 was in the Diocese of Michigan. In 1880 he was enumerated on the federal census in Chicago. His date of death in unknown.
