The highest commander down to the lowest layer of the network should keep morality and responsibility in the forefront of all operations. Embodying strength and force, does not mean the top cannot also be a force of good. The irony of this example is the disconnect between expectations and outcomes. Fear and kindness can both be effective in top leadership positions but the network will fail if he or she cannot appropriately gauge the best leadership style required.
