"What's the plan, general?"

Alan Rickman plays Lieutenant General Frank Benson, who also is observing the mission from a Cabinet Office Briefing Room (or COBRA meeting) along with government ministers and the Attorney General. Here, he is being asked by someone who is technically below him what the plan is. This, again, displays the chain of command and powers of authority, but how the lines and positions of power can sometimes be changed.
