Department Description: 

The aim of the Department of Philosophy is to stimulate the student to an appreciation of the cultural value of thinking; to present a history of the process and progress of philosophic thought; to broaden the student's interest and critical appreciation of the life and work of philosophers; and to encourage an adequate integration of the values of all fields of learning thereby assisting him to construct a Christian philosophy of his own.
