Modern Kitchen

Eichler's indication of not only a modern kitchen, but the presence of appliances was a draw for the modern family in the mid 1900's. After the war, many families desired materials that were developed during the war such as stainless steel. The appliances were extremely modern, involving stainless steel accents and came as a fixture of the house chosen by Eichler.
