The previous section 8B explains why Adobe Spark Page is a great choice for creating a visual companion to an oral presentation for the following reasons:
Spark Page is extremely intuitive and user-friendly -- most students can figure it out on their own with no instruction or tutorial.
Because it's so easy-to-use, you can focus more on the quality of your thoughts, research, words, and preparation than spending time on the visual aids.
Spark Page makes it very easy to find and include high quality photographs and images into your presentation -- and to follow copyright laws and embed credits for these images.
Spark makes it very easy to embed video in your presentation.
Spark Pages are automatically responsive to any screen size: computer monitor, tablet, or mobile device.
Spark Pages are integrated with the cloud, which means each page automatically generates its own URL to share online -- and Adobe provides the web servers so you don't have to worry.
Because your Spark Page is in the cloud and has its own URL, it travels to any place where there is a connection to the web -- you can present it anywhere that you can present a web-browser screen.
Spark offers a number of very tasteful font/color/layout design pre-sets that you can choose from and switch between until you get the right look for your project.
Spark Page has very elegant, "satin-smooth," vertical-scrolling, and transition-animation effects.
Spark Page can be a highly effective application for not only presenting your work but also developing it in the first place -- it's organically flowing and additive nature can help spark ideas, overcome writer's block, and organize and sequence your thoughts.
The previous section 8B also discusses how a number of Creative Cloud applications could be used to create slide decks for visual presentations, but honesty and my feedback from my students' experience requires me to recommend Spark Page for this purpose above other choices. You will almost certainly need to use Photoshop and Illustrator at some point to generate and edit the images you use in a Spark Page presentation or need Premiere Pro to make video clips that you might use, but, for most students, Spark Page is the best choice for a typical oral presentation with a visual component.
