Hey Guys.
My name is Emily.
When I lived with my friend Aubrey last year, we were compelled to
move our workspaces not only around the house, but around the
nation--we set them up in as disparate of locations as the bathtub
(being located at the time in the only room in our house small enough
to trap the heat of a space-heater during a deep freeze in Denver when
our pipes broke), a backyard lawn tent in San Diego that Aubrey
erected for the purposes of work (by day) and dance (by night), and my
parents basement (located on a somewhat remote island in the Puget
Sound) when we were both homeless and confused, but still employed in
strange and remote ways and obligated to continue working. I am
happy to have a more conventional (and stable) workspace these
days. Here it is:
