This report features a continuation of research completed by the Rogue Valley Council of Governments (RVCOG) in the Bear Creek Watershed to present a multi-level ecosystem model of the Bear Creek Valley. This model was designed to enable watershed assessment, describe the historical and current conditions of the watershed and water-related resources within the Bear Creek Valley such as its tributaries, water quality, and fishery habitat conditions. It also describes the trends of change in these resources, addresses federal and state regulatory mandates implemented in recent years, and identifies the opportunities available and needed to create a more viable, healthy, and productive watershed.
