This image communicates the three words that describe the space for me: "liminal" is conveyed through the Humanities Building in the background (where I am probably headed), "disproportional" can be seen in the overhanging roof, low ceilings and awkward shade patch it creates and "ambivalent" is conveyed by the students sitting in the background (because it is something I never personally do, but obviously others enjoy it).
