Hello, Charles: Thanks for your note. I personally prefer using Google's YouTube voice-to-text transcription and their transcript editing capabilities...and the ability to export the .srt file.

Of course, nothing sensitive can be posted into an account because of the lack of clarity of where videos are stored (abroad or not?)...and how...(even if the video itself is made non-findable and non-playable on YouTube). But for non-sensitive videos, YouTube is a great and free resource.
