Temperance Brennan.
The socially awkward and clumsy Dr. Brennan is a top forensic anthropologist. She works with Special Agent Seeley Booth with the FBI to figure out what happened for human remains to have been found in places. She is an expert in her field but has little knowledge of pop culture. Her team at the Jefferson stand behind her and support her through issues she deals with on the show from her dark past.
She develops a relationship with Booth and the two marry and have children. Her dynamic with Booth is a common theme through out the series focusing on how it transforms and how she interacts.
