Penelope Garcia is the girly fun loving tech nerd who does the hacking for the FBI on Criminal Minds. She is a great source of comic relief and has no doubt in her abilities to find the answers. She will even answer her phone with a sassy know it all attitude. She knows her way around computer science well and has no doubts in her capabilities.
Though she has a highly flirtatious relationship with Derek Morgan. The relationship they have often involves him calling her "Baby Girl" and they share playful banter. Most people know her character by this relationship and less for her tech capabilities. This relationship has even led to her answering the phone thinking it is Morgan only to find it to be a superior and having to explain the inappropriate comments.
