1:28 - 2:18 = “My mother grew up in a hog farm in Illinois and it was a family tradition for all major events to kill a pig and roast it...Some of my earliest memories are dealing with giant pigs on a giant grill and you know I think that a lot of family, the family farm was there for over 100 years and we, the family kind of bundle under corporate agricultural practices and for a long time we were doing like very very high volume commercial farming and we were able to keep that tradition but we didn’t really have access to the pigs the same way...”
