What do you think think is the biggest change in the Rondo has been? the loss of an economic driver, community was self sustaining, not given much help compared to other areas around the city. Lost most economic stability and driving. economic power and drive is starting to come back, huge sense of loss the community felt. Community working hard to reconnect itself.

Inside Pilgrim Church community members gathered together for a greens cook-off. Contestants cooked 13 different kinds of greens to be judged. Attendees sampled each one and awarded one the winner!The Urban Farm and Garden Alliance in partnership with The Art of Food in Frogtown and Rondo hosted the cook-off and community meal.
