From here, instead of filling in the information, look to the “Registration Key” text box, and underneath you’ll see a link that says, “To receive a reg key contact us with your request via form.”
Click the live link at the word “form" and fill out the next form to request a key. After you receive a registration key, come back to this page and put in your email, key, and add a password to have your account created.
