The story follows a bullied girl in high school, who was convinced into thinking she was fat or overweight. As a result, she begins obsessing over her weight, exercise, and the number of calories she intakes. She slowly starts starving herself and falling deeper into depression and anxiety, her only solace in life being the bones sticking out from her body, her weight slowly decreasing and her poetry. Eventually, she reaches the point where she needs to make a choice, “Ask For Help” or “Keep It To Myself” and that choice is given to the player to decide, and through this the player is shown the potential consequences of what these options would have on a person who is going through an eating disorder.
