McKerral O'Niell, R. E. Brumby, Norman Bauer, and Van Gautreaux founded Teche Federal Savings and Loan Association. The bank hired its first full-time employee, W. Ross Little, in 1956. Later on, in 1960, the bank set up an office at 211 Willow Street, having previously operated at the St. Mary Bank & Trust building. In 2014, IberiaBank acquired Teche Federal, and in 2019, IberiaBank merged with First Horizon. Ory Miguez photographed an architectural drawing of the new bank.
