Triumph Baptist Church, Franklin, 1956
Triumph Baptist Church was established in 1898 with an initial congregation of eight members, who gathered for services in a one-room house on Iberia Street. The church later relocated to an old barn on Omega Street before constructing its first church building at 911 Omega Street in 1900. In 1956, under the leadership of Rev. Octave Vincent, a new church was constructed on the Omega Street property. Finally, in 2010, the church moved to its current location at 1005 Iberia Street.
