Morehouse's music theory professor came and attempted to explain, but that did not help. However, this is an example of how we can use technology to notate music. As the title of this page implies, this is a representation of a Gregorian chant. I am not going to attempt to explain exactly how this representation works. However, I find it interesting that this makes sense to people, and it is indeed a form of sheet music.
