Things to consider before scanning
- Will you be using the rotating platform to scan and rotate your object? If so, you will need to connect the platform’s cable to the front of the scanner.
- If so, does your object fit within the scanner’s capture field? You may need to elevate the object using the parts gripper.
- How far away do you want your scan to be? There are 2 range settings: Macro (object distance from scanner = 7.5” – 11.5”) or Wide (22” -28”)
