Macht zusammen $425,000. Mark Twain hat seine schriftstellerische Laufbahn bekanntlich als Lokal-Redakteur der Buffalo'er „Morning-Expreß“ begonnen und heißt eigentlich Clemens. | Mark Twain, the famous American humorist, is the owner of a handsome fortune. The publication of his books has earned him over $200,000. He always self-published them and therefore had no one to share the profits with. With his lectures he earned $100,000, with his scrap-books $50,000 and his wife contributed $75,000.
