Mai, in den Salons der Gouverneurswohnung zu Annapolis eine Vorlesung zu Gunsten der Annapolis Presbyterianer-Kirche halten. Tickets sind hier im Büreau der „Fidelity Trust Co." zu erhalten; auch hat die „Baltimore-Annapolis Short Line Railroad Co." einen Spezialzug für den Tag zu ermäßigten Rundfahrtpreise arrangirt. | Mr. Samuel L. Clemens, better known as Mark Twain, who will be the Governor's guest from May 9 to 13, will deliver a lecture on Friday evening, May 10, in the parlors of the Governor's residence at Annapolis for the benefit of the Annapolis Presbyterian Church. Tickets are available at the office of the Fidelity Trust Co.; furthermore, the Baltimore-Annapolis Short Line Railroad Co. has arranged a special train for the day at reduced round-trip fares. |
