Benjamin Franklin and All His Witty Remarks: A Critical Edition of Three of Benjamin Franklin's Writings

Remarks: Hypocrisy

Native Americans believe in politeness and treating guests with more respect and niceties than they may deserve. It is unfortunate that when the situations are reserved and Native Americans ask whites for very little, they are refused and insulted. This text is meant to show that the real savages in this situation are the whites. Their savagery is shown through their unfair and hypocritical treatment of the Native Americans.
