Arbeitsgemeinschaft

Arbeitsgemeinschaft translates to “community of work.” In the Nazi context, the phrase was used to embellish the idea of a collective German Volk (people) working to build a better Germany.

Michaud also defines Arbeitsgemeinschaft as: a community of performance, a productive community, a community of realization.
