Camera Angles
The angle of framing is the position of the frame in relation to the subject it shows.
In what situations might cinematographers choose one angle over another? What does this angle suggest?
A pan is when a mounted camera swivels left or right, and a tilt is when it moves upward or downward. This clip has examples of both.
Camera angles aren't just about creating psychological effects. They need to be carefully orchestrated so as to avoid situations like these.
