About The Student Authors
- Harry Shepherd is a freshman studying Psychology, Anthropology, and English on a Pre-Med track. He is from Sunderland, England, but has lived in Corning, New York until recently, where he attended Notre Dame High School.
Alyssa Hill:
- Alyssa Hill is currently a freshman studying English in hopes of becoming a novelist. Uniquely, she has chosen to attend a STEM school in order to expand her horizons and explore her potential. She has since recognized a possible interest in computer science and is fascinated by the possibilities that it brings to literature.
Santiago Thorup:
- Santiago Thorup is a freshman studying Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Case Western Reserve University. He was born in San Diego, California, but has lived the majority of his life outside the United States of America. Most recently, Santiago was living in Nairobi, Kenya and attended the International School of Kenya. He is interested in Electronic Literature due to its possible applications in the future as the world becomes more technology-driven.
Kathy Jiang:
- Kathy Jiang is a freshman in Case Western Reserve University, currently studying biology and chemistry in hopes of becoming a doctor. She is a Chinese born in Japan, lived alternatively between these tow countries before coming to America in 2014. She lived in New York for 5 years and now attend to college in Ohio. She has a strong interest of music and hopes to take some music classes in college.
