The Iliad

The Iliad, an ancient Greek epic written down probably sometime in the 8th century BCE, carries the legacy of Gilgamesh in its great warrior, Achilles, and in its description of the emotive journey that our heroes progress on. These five pages show how we still engage in the Iliad to this day.
