  • Visual Narrative- In an attempt to convey the intersections between "actual" and "virtual" students will reconstruct a common text in the form of emoji's 
  • Survey- The stories will be followed up by a survey in which students will answer a series of questions geared at rhetorical intention of emoji use
  • Assessment- The survey will be assessed to evaluate deviating cultural interpretation of emoji use and specific rhetorical topoi persuasive practice. 
  • Implications- Based on the findings, pedagogical implications will be evaluated in direct consideration for multimodal projects and particular topoi rhetorical devices within the rhetoric generated by CLASP students.
