About us:

Jack Hay
I worked on organizing and building the backend of the project.  I used CSS, organized paths, and finalized the project in the later stages of development.

For this project, I was a researcher in charge of focusing on google scholar sources.  Also, I was in charge of the organization in the planning stages of the project (created and formatted pages to be filled by the group.  In addition to those two main jobs, I tracked our process throughout the project, and I also was the liaison to Monk Rowe for our group.

I acted as a group leader for the project, taking care of the planning and logistical portion of the project. Aside from that, I worked on editing the videos from the Fillius Jazz Archive and collaborating with Jack on the design and organizational side of the project.

Jill Fu
I focused on doing research on jazz education and jazz history and also worked on the jazz education timeline to add some visualization to the program. Also, I wrote the rubric for us to assess our project and other group's project.

I worked primarily as a researcher, focused on finding sources on formal education. Additionally, I found statistics on jazz education programs to aid some of our visualizations and found sources to fill in the rest of the gaps in our research.
