30 members of medical staff and over 100 employees.
Nurses were the ones that we typically responsible for a majority of the patient’s daily medical and physical needs. They were responsible for taking temperatures, checking on all patients, and ensuring that the doctors’ orders were followed through.
Orderlies were there to assist patients and nurses during daily medical procedures. They accompanied and moved patients outdoors when necessary to allow them the sunlight required by their doctors.
