In April 2020 my relative, Joan Strankey, turned 93 years old. The stay-at home order has been especially hard on my family not being able to see and hug our loved ones. Joan's daughter Sandi Brinlee decided to plan a birthday surprise and have friends and family stand outside (practicing social distancing, of course) Joan's home with birthday signs. She was so happy to see us.
