Each of the five issues of the CEC Journal has been unique in its own right. And as I prepare to hand over the reins of this initiative, I could not be more delighted to share our first entirely bilingual issue about a theme that, in today's world, seems more relevant than ever.

To be hopeful.

It has been a pleasure overseeing the CEC Journal and I look forward -- hopefully; radically -- to its evolution.
