African Americans in the Spanish Civil War

Throughout the history of the United States, the African American people have not been treated with the same rights and respect as the white man. This would all begin to change. Since the establishment of the United States, African American have participated in small activism acts to bring about change. What is that Change? That all men be treated equal, just like the constitution says. One mean of activism for African American, was the Spanish Civil war. Towards the middle of the Exhibit, it will lay out the history of African American throughout the fighting, of the Spanish Civil War. At the end, the Exbibit will show he history of the effects of the Spanish Civil on the African American people, as they return back home to the United States.
