Daniel Lang
Daniel Lang was a journalist who worked for The New Yorker magazine from 1941 until his death in 1981.

In 1948, he published Early Tales of Atomic Age, a treatise about the implications of building and deploying the Hydrogen Bomb.
His 1969 "Casualties of War" became a 1989 film staring Sean Penn and Michael J. Fox (Casualties of War).
