B’nai B’rith has had a long tradition of providing service to members of the armed forces, their families, and veterans. B'nai B'rith has provided millions of hours of volunteer service since the founding of the organization to provide assistance to those affected by war and disasters. B'nai B'rith has implemented several services including provision of financial aid for soldiers and their families, operation of recreation centers, furnishing Torah scrolls for servicemen, helping veterans in their readjustment to civilian life, and aiding at V.A. hospitals.
