Advanced annotation with Scalar: Join our HumCoreFaculty group to make and share annotations on the material contained in this book with other instructors. The annotation tool is called Hypothes.is. The first step is to add Hypothes.is to your toolbar. Watch this video tutorial for help:

Canvas: Core instructors will be expected to use Canvas to administer their course this year. OIT is offering a series of tutorials this summer. Note in particular the Summer Institute, which will be held from Sept. 12-16. OIT also has a general information site​ devoted to Canvas. Please know that we are preparing Canvas course shells that will be pre-populated with assignments and a syllabus, but that will remain fully customizable for your section. We will cover how to upload this into your course space at the orientation on Sept. 19.
