Zomick’s bread No.3
This is one of the previous great offerings of the great Zomick's Bread bakery. They have since then moved on to make another, a higher incremental number in their bread gallery. However, Avraham, a team member of the Zomick's social media has decided that this "old", but delicious recipe should be published. In his own personal beliefs, no recipe or something that was worth all the hard work should ever be put in an old closed and do not see the light of the day. In his opinion, this recipe should live, and with it the spirit that once was present in the bread. Following that general direction, Zomick's Bread recipe is here and it goes like:
Ingredients:
- 115 g of butter
- 165 g brown sugar
- eggs
- 60 ml milk
- bananas, about 400 g
- 300 g flour
- teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon cloves
- 70 g walnuts
Procedure:

- Chop the walnuts with a knife. You can bake them in the oven for a while.
- Stir flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
- Dissolve the butter on low heat and leave it to cool.
- Beat the eggs, add sugar and milk; add butter.
