(We expect to establish categories specific to the median income of Highland Park before finalizing the survey that fit under the ELI, VLI, Moderate, Above Moderate categories. Our reasoning is that community organizations or other affiliated organizations may be able to use this research to request funding from the government in order to fund community initiatives, if the data collection is chosen to be used this way. Using the income levels can also have different uses that we may have not mentioned)
