Notes for Nana is a company whose vision is to organize and provide concerts for the older generation. I hope that this project will inspire more young musicians to interact with the elderly.
I was drawn to create Notes for Nana because I adore elderly people, especially my 100 year old great-grandma Dorothy! I’ve spent many hours playing for Grandma Dorothy and her friends and am always touched that visits like mine are far too rare. I am thankful that there are many people who share my feelings about how classical music and visits by young people can benefit seniors.
