I was not feeling well probably due to mental fatigue. I went to the placement office during the early morning to receive my unemployment allowance. It was postponed for two weeks because there was a shortage of workers. I head that Sister Sasaki was in bed with a cold. I made udon for her. Meals became increasingly worse because of rationing. We had sandwiches in the room.
