Author Intro




Dr. Shalin Hai-Jew works as a grant writer at Hutchinson Community College.  She co-edits the HutchCC Grant Navigator.  She has just started a series of on-campus hyflex trainings on grant writing and various data analytics and digital authoring tools.  

Prior, she worked as an instructional designer and researcher at Kansas State University, where she worked for 17.5 years.  Her email addresses are  HaijewSh@hutchcc.edu and haijes@gmail.com. 

She conducts research and has published broadly.  She also reviews for a number of publications.  She is currently editing multiple nonfiction books related to technology and education.  She has several forthcoming chapters in others' edited collections.

She has been experimenting with animations and alcohol ink painting and digital image editing.  Her works may be found at two Pixabay sites.  The first is for "common art."  The latter is for animations and symbols (to serve the Pixabay community, which has provided numerous free images for the C2C Digital Magazine and other projects).
