On the flip-side, their adjacency to queerness have made them outcasts throughout history amongst the straight community. Ultimately however, bisexuality represents the queer ideal of complicating traditional perceptions of how sexuality is expected to exist, allowing for a person to love whomever they love regardless of societal expectations placed on them. Bisexuality is defined as the experience of loving both, people of the same gender, and people of different genders. Another similar but different sexuality, pansexuality, describes the experience of loving people in spite of their gender. Both Bi- and Pan- sexuality can include trans and nonbinary people, depending on the person. More info
