Dr. Frazar in the 1940 Volume of L'Acadien

As president, Dr. Frazar's accomplishments included the construction of many new buildings, the expansion of land, and the development of new colleges and departments, such as the College of Agriculture and the College of Engineering. Dr. Frazar received his PhD two years after resigning as president of SLI in 1940. He would go on to serve as president of McNeese State College (now McNeese State University) from 1944-1955.
