Exercise: Stirring It Up Reaction Essay (due 4/27)
Our exercise this week is pretty conventional:
- Read the assigned selections from Stirring It Up, by Stonyfield Farms founder (and CE-Yo), Gary Hirschberg.
- Write a 2 page or more (double-spaced, 12-point font) reaction to the reading, comparing and contrasting your Food Brand's approach to "Sustainability Practices," and those of the companies that Hirschberg writes about in Stirring It Up.
- And rather than worrying about posting to Scalar this week, you can just submit your reaction by EMAIL by 5PM Sunday 4/27.
