The first one is him blaming Cupid for not being able to find love. He's basically saying, "Why can't Cupid shoot me with an arrow already"! The second meaning may be that Cupid is messing up his love life because he keeps falling for straight guys who, unfortunately, are unable to reciprocate Tyler's feelings. Either way, Cupid is no help.
