Just a summary of the message I want to convey in this video story. I found Joe Piscatella to be quite blunt and very informative. He is a health expert, not just limited to dietary health, but also specializes in stress management and exercise. Piscatella is the author of sixteen best-selling, host of three PBS television specials, and has been a guest expert on various TV shows throughout his career.
I wanted to include this little diagram of a healthy plate. I feel that the food pyramid doesn't do a great job of providing accurate portion sizes. When I saw this diagram, I was kind of surprised. My own plates for lunch and dinner (at least at the dining hall) don't look like this, which I will try to improve on.
