It is a free annual all day event organized by LA as Subject that showcases a plethora of L.A. based archives and collections. Exhibitors set up booths representing different directory members ranging from large institutions to smaller community-based archives. Researchers and history enthusiasts get the chance to consult local experts and explore the diverse collections that tell the stories of LA. In addition to a wide range of exhibitors, the event features panel discussions, workshops, film screenings, book signing, and more.
