LA as Subject: 25 years of Highlighting Southern California Archives

Archives Bazaar

The Archives Bazaar is the logical extension of the LA as Subject’s mission to increase the visibility of less-visible archives. It is a free annual all day event organized by LA as Subject that showcases L.A. archives, and gives a platform to less-visible archives. Exhibiting at the Archives Bazaar gives institutions an opportunity to demonstrate their value to the public and potential increase engagement. Researchers and history enthusiasts get the chance to consult local experts. In addition to a wide range of exhibitors, the event features panel discussions, workshops, film screenings, book signing, and more.
